Installation of LC
PLC is suitable for most industrial sites, but it has certain requirements for the use of occasions, ambient temperature and so on. Controlling the working environment of PLC can effectively improve its working efficiency and life. When installing PLC, avoid the following places:
(1) The ambient temperature exceeds the range of 0~50℃;
(2) Relative humidity over 85% or dew condensation (caused by temperature change or other factors);
(3) direct sunlight irradiation;
(4) corrosive and flammable gases, such as hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, etc.;
(5) looking at iron filings and dust;
(6) Frequent or continuous vibration, vibration frequency is 10~55Hz, amplitude is 0.5mm (peak-peak);
(7) Impact exceeding 10g (gravitational acceleration).
The four corners of the small programmable controller housing are provided with mounting holes. There are two installation methods, one is fixed with screws, different units have different installation sizes; The other is DIN (German Republican standard) track fixed. DIN rail matching installation cleats, left and right pair. On the track, first install the left and right splints, install the PLC, and then tighten the screws. In order to make the control system work perfectly, the programmable controller is usually installed in the control cabinet with a protective shell to prevent dust, oil, water splash. In order to ensure that the temperature of the programmable controller under working condition is kept within the specified ambient temperature range, the installation machine should have enough ventilation space, and there should be more than 30mm interval between the basic unit and the expansion unit. If the surrounding environment exceeds 55C, install electric fans and force ventilation.
