Product 8237-1660 is a three-module turbine safety device belonging to Woodward Protech-GII series. The device accurately detects unsafe excessive acceleration events in turbines of any size and immediately shuts down the entire system. It can be configured to work with turbines powered by steam, gas and water. They can be installed into almost any cabinet and have an IP56 housing type. The model 8237-1660 has both high and low voltage inputs, each of which is 30 W. High input voltages range from 90 to 264 Vac, while low input voltages range from 18 to 32 Vdc. This product can be stored at temperatures from -4 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit and operated at temperatures from -4 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
