The Rosemount™ 3490 Level and Flow controller is the first controller to feature a convenient programmable configuration wizard that guides users through controller setup, making it easy and convenient to further enhance usability. The controller uses a modern intuitive graphical interface, a menu structure for easy navigation, and a 4.3-inch backlit color LCD display for easy follow-up operations and device status viewing.

The Rosemount™ 3490 level and flow controller, combined with the Rosemount™ 1208C series contactless radar level meter, provides a simple configuration on HART to help factories perform accurate and reliable measurements, and is widely used in water and drainage industries and utilities. It is used to solve application scenarios such as open channel flow measurement, continuous liquid level measurement and volume flow measurement for public utilities.

✔ Rosemount™ 1208C Radar level gauge with sealed housing and wetted material (IP66/68, NEMA 4X/6P), PVDF and hazard certified to withstand harsh conditions, potable water certified and food grade material safe, size only 4.5 inches /11 cm, Top mount, easy and convenient, cost effective and easy replacement with wired M12 cable;

✔ Rosemount™ 1208C Radar level meter uses the 80GHz FMCW principle, eliminating the need for calibration and maintenance, and highly accurate level and flow measurement to prevent overfilling and water waste for increased sustainability. Ensure compliance with industry directives and regulations;

✔ Rosemount™ 3490 helps optimize the operational efficiency of a wide range of water and drainage applications, including automatic control of up to six pumps, filtration operations, sludge treatment and flow in open channels, aquaducts and cofferdams, regardless of harsh environments;

✔ Rosemount™ 3490 simplifies reporting and document processing. It aggregates traffic measurements, calculates differences, and easily records data via an Ethernet-connected web interface for sharing with regulators.
