1394C-SJT05-D Allen-Bradley Modular, multi-axis motion control drive system module

The 1394C-STO5-D is a modular, multi-axis motion control drive system module with a rated power of 5 kW. Its unique design allows it to be used as an integrated motion control and drive system (GMC).
The system module is abbreviated as SERCOS servo Drive System, or analog servo drive System. It provides direct line connections (transformer free) for 360 and 480 volt three-phase input power supplies. The system module can be configured with up to four shaft modules, each with a motor interface. As a result, users can save a lot of panel space and interconnect space.
The 1394c-SJTO5-D system module also provides a digital servo drive system with fiber optic digital network interface. The module can be used as a speed or torque control system and can be quickly debugged through the Allen Bradley SERCOS interface module. The system module provides automatic tuning and startup prompts. It also provides a scanning port interface as its standard feature.
The system provides digital fault and diagnostic utilities as standard features; It includes current monitor, thermal overload detection and feedback signal monitor. It also provides led status for the system and axis modules, as well as status leds for axis link, motion board, and RIO(for GMC systems only).
The module is equipped with highly integrated surface mount circuit and DSP assisted processing. It also improves ground terminations on the SERCOS and axis modules. These systems are digitally adjusted with speed and current loop compensation that can accommodate a wide range of system inertia.
