The 1762-L4OBWAR is a Programmable logic controller (PLC) from Allen-Bradley. The controller is the MicroLogix 1200 controller, ideal for achieving micro and small automation requirements.
The 1762-L40BWAR mainly features two (2) communication interfaces located on the front panel and left side of the controller. Both communication ports are 8-pin miniature DIN circular connectors. The front panel port is the primary port that can be used to communicate with programming workstations, human-machine interface (HMI), and monitoring and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Programming ports are used only for controller programming, online editing, and test functions. When controller communication needs to be established at the same time, i this port works simultaneously, which helps prevent the removal of the existing connection to the main port.
The 1762-L4OBWAR’s embedded /O channel includes two +(20) standard 24VDC inputs, four (4) fast 24VDC inputs, and sixteen (16) relay outputs. The input channel consists of twenty (20) standard inputs located in input channel 4 and above, while the fast input is located in channel O-3.
The 1762-40BWAR is powered by an external voltage of 100-240VAC at a frequency of 47-63Hz. When powered by a 120VAC power supply, it can withstand a surge current rating of 8 ms 25A; When powered using a 240VAC power supply, it can withstand a surge current rating of 4 ms 40A. The power usage of the controller is 82VA, and the power output is 600 mA at 5v DC and 500 mA at 24v DC. The controller is capable of providing sensor power up to 400 mA and 400±400 F at 24VDC.
Twenty of the inputs are 24 volt DC and the other four are 24 volt fast DC. 16 outputs are relay outputs. The module requires 120 to 240 volts AC to operate and 22 watts of heat dissipation. There are two types of surge currents 25 A for 8 ms on 120 VAC and 40 A for 4 ms on 240 VAC. The power supply of the module is 82VA. The input circuit type of the module is 24v absorption or source DC power supply. The output circuit type of this module is relay type. The 1762-L4OBWAR operates at temperatures ranging from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. Store the module in an area with a temperature of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius.
