1769-L33ERMK Compact GuardLogix 5370 controller
The 1769-L33ERMSK controller is a Compact GuardLogix 5370 controller designed and
manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The 1769-L33ERMSK controller offers
superior control capabilities along with perfect communication and I/O functionality. This controller
is approved for applications with high safety requirements, thus complying with Safety Integrity Level and
Performance Level criteria. The controller can provide information about the probability of failure rates and
use them for the adjustment of system reaction settings. Also, the controller can execute functional-verification
tests. It is important to mention that this industrial-grade controller is in accordance with various standards for use in hazardous locations.
1769-L33ERMK
The 1769-L33ERMSK controller supports up to 32 tasks and 100 programs per task. The controller
has an additional safety task. The controller has internal energy storage and it does not require a battery. The
controller operates through the EtherNet/IP network and it supports different topologies. The 1769-L33ERMSK
controller features dual Ethernet with DLR capability and kinematics with an integrated safety function. This
Compact GuardLogix 5370 model has 8 CIP motion axes and is designed for up to 16 local compact I/O modules. The
1769-L33ERMSK controller has an onboard user memory with a capacity of 2 megabytes (standard) and 1
megabyte (safety). The controller supports more than 1 SD memory card, which can be a 1 or 2-gigabyte version. This
controller comes with a single 1 gigabyte SD card (1784-SD1) for storage. The 1769-L33ERMSK controller can be
mounted directly on a panel and it supports DIN rail mounting. Depending on the system, the controller can be placed
in either a vertical or horizontal position. The controller includes a conformal coating and it operates at temperatures between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius (32 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit).
