2094-BC02-M02-S Kinetix 6000 Integrated Axis Module (IAM)

The 2094-BC02-M02-S is an Allen-Bradley Kinetix 6000 Integrated Axis Module (IAM). This module has

an input voltage rating of 324-528VAC, rms, 3-phase, with nominal value of 360-480V nom with AC input frequency of 47-63 Hz.

The main AC input current of the 2094-BC02-M02-S is 24.0 Amperes, nominal and maximum inrush current

of 22.0 Amperes. The module’s DC input voltage is 458-747VDC and DC input Current of 22.6 Amperes, both

in common-bus-follower. The control power AC input voltage of the 2094-BC02-M02-S is 95-264VAC,

rms, 1-phase with nominal value of 110-240V, rms.

The 2094-BC02-M02-S has a Bus overvoltage protection and Bus undervoltage protection. The Bus

overvoltage rating is 825VDC while Bus undervoltage is 275VDC. The nominal Bus output Voltage is 650VDC.

The 2094-BC02-M02-S has an internal shunt continuous power of 50 Watts and Peak power of 5.6 kWatts. It has

an internal shunt resistor of 115 Ohms with shunt On value of 805VDC and Shunt Off value of 755VDC. This module

is capable of providing continuous output power to bus of 15 kWatts with peak power output 30 kWatts for series A

drive and 37.5 kWatts for series B, C and D drives. It has an internal efficiency of 97%, converter inductance of 500

?H and converter capacitance of 110 ?F. It has a short-circuit current rating of 200,000 A (rms) symmetrical.
