The 2711P-T12C4A6 communicates with partner automation equipment through an embedded RS232 interface that supports point-to-point communication over short distances and an Ethernet communication port for long-distance multi-node communication.The AC-powered Allen-Bradley 2711 p-t12c 4a 6 panel view Plus 1250 Touchscreen terminal base unit comes with 128 MB of flash memory and 128 MB of RAM, as well as built-in Ethernet and RS-232 ports. Found on this base terminal is an analog touch screen, which is an 18-bit active matrix thin film transistor screen with a size of 12.1 inches. The screen has a total display area of 9.7 x 7.2 inches and an 800 x 600 resolution. It also comes with a replaceable backlight with an average life of 50,000 hours and a brightness of 300 nits. The 2711P-T12C4A6 terminal also has a built-in real-time clock, which is battery powered and used to add time stamps to critical data. It uses an x86, Intel Celeron processor, has a 650 MHz bus speed, a CompactFlash slot, and a USB port for the keyboard and mouse.
