Description
MPM-B1151T-MJ72AA Servo Motor
The Allen-Bradley MPM-B1152T-MJ72AA Servo Motor is a medium inertia servo motor in the MP series of
servo motors which provides all around solutions for heavy loads and greater operating inertia. This servo
motor features state-of-the-art motor technology with a high-energy rare-earth magnets rotor and a high torque
to size ratio for easy and smooth operation. The MPM-B1152T-MJ72AA servo motor has 400 Volts AC operating
voltage, with 1.4 kW rated motor output power, and it has a rated continuous stall torque of 2.18 N-m, which
peaks at 6.6 N-m. This motor has a base rotor speed of 6000 rpm with a rated value of 5000 rpm at the rated
motor output, and it has a rated rotor inertia of 0.00065Kg-m2. This motor, like other servo motors in the medium
inertia family of servo motors, is designed to operate at the maximum Radial/Axial load, and it has a
rated bearing fatigue life of 20,000 hours at the standard operating load.
The MPM-B1152T-MJ72AA is designed to operate with a standard bearing fatigue life, with a radial load of
84 kilograms at 1000 rpm, 58 kilograms at 3000 rpm, and 43 kilograms at 7000 rpm. This motor is designed
with multi-turn high-resolution encoder feedback device which provides up to 2 million counts per revolution, and
it provides high-resolution absolute position feedback within 4096 turns. It has a standard IP50 rated environmental
enclosure, and it is designed with a 115-millimeter bolt circle diameter and 2 magnetic stacks. It is a flange-mounted
servo motor with IEC-rated mounting holes for installation, and it has a 180 degree rotatable DIN connector, and
a shaft key without a shaft seal. The MPM-B1152T-MJ72AA has mounting dimensions of 1401.1 x 215 x 98.3 millimeters, and a net weight of 5.2 kilograms.
