The 16 Channel Relay Module is a full height module that provides 16 relay outputs. You can place any number of Channel Relay Module Transient Data Interface Modules in any slot on the 16 right. Each output of the 16 channel relay module can be independently programmed to perform voting logic. Each relay of the module contains alarm drive logic. The programming of alarm drive logic uses AND and or logic and can use the following contents: n Alarm input (alarm and danger state) is not good. n separate measurement variables from any monitoring channel or any combination of monitor channels in the rack. You can use the 3500 rack to program and configure the alarm drive. The n16 Channel Relay Module requires a 3500 rack configuration, version 3.3 or later. The 16 channel relay module requires 350O data acquisition software, version 2.40 or higher. The 16 Channel Relay Module requires 3500 data display software, version=1.40 or later. N Certification option when ordered in multiples (2), 3500 monitors are certified to Zone 2 standards, including ATEX and North America. The standard of n2 area stipulates to increase the spacing requirements under higher voltage. The 16 channel relay module does not meet these spacing requirements. Therefore, module approval options ordered with multiples are limited to the lower
Voltage ratio of those with other approved options. N The use of higher voltages violates the hazardous area certificate multiple approval option associated with the following. The North American Part 2 standard and the CSA only approval associated option (- O1) have been downgraded to 30Vrms to meet the 61010-1 type test requirements. N If the 16 channel relay module is a functional safety (SIL) system, the functional safety certificate requires a limited voltage. Higher voltages will not be allowed for functional safety (SIL) systems.
BENTLY
These accelerometers are used for key mechanical casing acceleration measurement applications such as gear engagement monitoring. The 330400 is designed to meet the requirements of American Petroleum Corporation Accelerometer Institute Standard 670. It provides an amplitude range of 50g peak and a sensitivity of 100mV/g. 330425 is the same, but it provides a larger amplitude range (75g peak) and a sensitivity of 25mV/g. If the machine is protected by enclosure measurements taken as a whole, the usefulness of the measurements for each application should be considered. The most common machine failures (unbalance, misalignment,, etc.) originate in the rotor and cause an increase (or at least a change).
In order for any housing to be measured separately to effectively protect the whole machine, a large amount of rotor vibration must be faithfully transmitted to the bearing housing or machine housing, or more specifically, installed to the sensor. In addition, pay attention to the installation of body sensors. The improper installation of the transducer may cause performance degradation, and/or generate signals that do not represent the actual machine. Vibration output and speed integration may deteriorate. If integrated into speed, for high-quality speed measurement, the 330500 should use a Velomitor sensor.
