Bentley bently points configuration requirements
Key phase: each shafting of the compressor unit with the same speed is equipped with a key phase measurement point; Bentley 3300XL series eddy current sensor was used for measurement.
Shaft vibration: Each sliding support bearing is equipped with a pair of X/Y direction (vertical installation of each other) shaft vibration measurement points, using Bentley 3300XL series eddy current sensor for measurement.
Axial displacement: each thrust bearing of the compressor unit is equipped with a double redundant axial displacement measuring point; Bentley 3300XL series eddy current sensor was used for measurement.
Watt vibration: Each rolling support bearing is equipped with two watt vibration points (mounted horizontally and vertically), which are measured by Bentley 330500 series Velomitor piezoelectric vibration speed sensor.
Bearing temperature (if applicable) : Each sliding support bearing and thrust bearing is equipped with a bearing bush temperature measuring point; The working face and non-working face of thrust bearing should be equipped with temperature measuring points at the same time.
Gear box shell vibration (if applicable) : a pair of X/Y direction shell vibration measurement points are provided at the supporting bearings of the input and output shafts of each gear box; Bentley 330400 series piezoelectric vibration acceleration sensor was used for measurement.
