3500/53 Overspeed detection module

The electronic overspeed detection system of Bentley Nevada’s 3500 Series Mechanical Inspection System is highly reliable and responsive

Redundant tachometer system for overspeed protection of machinery. 3500/53 modules can be used to compose 2 Option 2 or 3 Option 2(recommended)

The voting system. The 3500 frame with the overspeed detection system requires a redundant power supply.

Each overspeed detection module receives a eddy current sensor or magnetic sensor signal, the input signal range is +

10.0V to -24.0V. Signals outside this range are limited within the module. For Bentley Nevada 3300 8mm vortex

Front panel LED (Light Emitting Diode) Meaning: indicates that the 3500/53 module is working properly

TX/RX (Transmit/Receive) LED: indicates that the 3500/53 module is communicating with other modules in the 3500 frame

Bypass LED: Indicates that the 3500/53 module is in bypass state

Test Mode LED: Indicates that the 3500/53 module is in the test state

Alarm LED: Indicates that an alarm condition has occurred and that the relay associated with it has activated the sensor buffer

Output: Each module has a coaxial connector at the front for buffering the output, and each connector has a short circuit and electrostatic protection

For the speed, you can set it below or above the alarm level (setting point). In addition, the speed can be set danger (overspeed)

Set the point. All alarm setting points are set by software configuration. The alarm point is adjustable and is usually at 0-100% full scale
