Double channel bearing vibration transmitter is one of the MMS3000 series of transmitters, used for monitoring bearing vibration. The transmitter input is epro PR9266/… , and PR9268/… The series.
Applications include various types of turbomachinery, large and small steam turbines, fans, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, centrifuges, pumps, coal mills and others. This system is not only suitable for large equipment in power plant, oil refinery and chemical plant, combined with fieldbus and PLC, main computer and network, but also suitable for small turbine machine independent monitoring with few measuring points.
This transmitter is not explosion-proof. Function and principle:
The MMS3120 double-channel bearing vibration transmitter converts two independent electrical speed sensor inputs into two independent outputs that are proportional to the vibration velocity or peak vibration displacement, or an output that is proportional to the maximum value of the vibration velocity or peak value of the two input signals.
Built-in “self-check” circuit, monitoring sensor and transmitter circuit failure, if found fault, logic “OK” output will change the state, while the current output from 4-20mA to OmA. Initial setup is done by toggle switches and knob switches. Transmitter factory Settings for the most commonly used working mode, the factory can also be set according to user requirements.
