Design of PR9376/010-011 shaft vibration measurement sensor
When PR9376/010-011 suspension shaft rotates slightly, it will produce small unstable vibration, which will affect the normal motion state of the suspension shaft. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to conduct non-interference test on the vibration displacement of the suspension shaft. If the vibration sensor is required to have high sensitivity, good stability and strong anti-interference ability, it will be even more difficult to implement. At present, in the research of non-contact vibration sensor, there are eddy current vibration sensor and laser sensor. However, eddy current sensor is easy to be affected by nearby electromagnetic interference and temperature. Laser sensor has high cost and poor stability. Considering the capacitor sensor’s simple structure, high sensitivity and good dynamic characteristics, it can fully meet the application environment. Based on this, this paper designs a suspension shaft vibration measurement sensor with high precision, and realizes the digitalization of vibration signal processing in the measurement process.
