The SRD991 Smart Positioner is a valve positioner manufactured by Foxboro (now part of Schneider Electric).

It is primarily used to operate pneumatic valve actuators and can be controlled by a control system, controller or PC-based

configuration and operation tool or software. In addition, the SRD991 supports a variety of communication protocols, such as HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus H1, and FoxCom.

The positioner has a variety of functions, such as built-in limit switches, electrical grade selection, mounting accessories and

connectors. The shell protection class is IP65, the operating temperature range is -40~80℃, and the intrinsic safety type

can be selected. In addition, the SRD991 offers a fully interpreted LCD text display in multiple languages and is equipped

with three buttons, allowing users to easily configure and operate in situ.

For the debugging of the SRD991 intelligent locator, it is usually necessary to switch on the air source and electrical signal,

and then enter the main menu by pressing the button and select the corresponding option for configuration. For example,

you can select the installation mode and automatic startup options, and save and debug them as required.
