A6500-SR CSI 6500 ATG mechanical protection system

The Emerson A6500-SR is part of the CSI 6500 ATG mechanical protection system designed to provide high-performance control and monitoring capabilities. The following are the product details of the A6500-SR system framework:

Frame structure:

19-inch frame construction with a width of 84HP and a height of 3RU.

Installation capacity:

It can install 11 protective cards (2-channel A6500-UM universal measuring card and/or 4-channel A6500-TP Temperature process card), 1 A6500-RC relay card, and 1 A6500-CC communication card for redundant communication.

Backplane connection:

The backplane uses a push-in spring connection terminal for input and output signals, the sensor’s raw signal is output using the D-sub interface, and the dip switch is used to set the key trust signal and binary input.

Protective card:

Each of the 11 protective clips has 4 8-hole press-in spring connection terminals for connecting different kinds of sensors (vortex current sensors, piezoelectric sensors, seismic sensors, thermal resistors, etc.), binary input, binary output (functional output), current output and pulse output.

Power requirements:

Normal power supply voltage: 24VDC (redundant).
Voltage limit: +19 to +32VDC.
