The DS200TCDAG1ADA is a thermocouple terminal module manufactured and designed by General Electric as part of the Mark V LM family used in gas turbine control systems. The R1 and R5 cores contain the TBQA (thermocouple terminal module). DS200TCDAG1ADA terminal board can receive 45 thermocouple input signals. DS200TCDAG1ADA in R1 allocates its input signal in the following manner: Fifteen signals (thermocouple #1 to #15) enter the TCQA in R1, 15 signals (thermocouple #16 to #30) enter the TCQA in the R2 core, and 15 signals (thermocouple #31 to #45) enter the TCQA in R3. The 42-way thermocouple input signal is connected to the TCCA board of “R5” and can be received by the TBQA board of “R5”. The circuit for compensating the cold end is also provided by the TBQA board.
TBQA Connection:
JAR – Write cold end signals and thermocouple signals #1 through #15 to the TCQA board in the kernel. Thermocouple signals #1 to #15 and cold end signals are written from the core to the TCCA board in the core.
JAS – Write the cold end signal and thermocouple signal #16 through #30 to the TCQA board in the core. Thermocouple signals #16 to #30 and cold end signals are written from the core to the TCCA board in the core.
Jat-thermocouple signals #31 through #45 and cold-end signals are written from the “R1” kernel to the TCQA board in the “R3” kernel. Thermocouple signals #31 to #42 and cold end signals are written from R5> core to TCCA board in R5> core.
