IC670ALG310-JA Analog output module GE

The IC670ALG310 output module is compact and can fit into small Spaces. For input data, 0 to 8 words of analog output data, 0 to 3 bytes of module and channel status input data, and 0 to 2 bytes of output data are required to clear the alarm. All data exchange occurs between the output module and the bus interface unit. The IC670ALG310 output module comes with a “channel activation” feature that allows the operator to configure a single channel to be active or inactive. The module also has a local output default that helps to configure the module data in the bus interface unit to default Settings or zero. The module draws 170 mah current from the bus interface. Module resolution is 14 bits and amplitude data size is 14 bits.

GE IC670ALG310 module is a voltage source analog output module. It is designed with eight different voltage output channels that can be automatically adjusted according to the operator’s configuration. The module takes input from the bus interface unit to which it is connected, enhances the data for calibration, and converts the data into an output voltage in the -10 to +10 volt range. The IC670ALG310 output module has enhanced diagnostic functions. It can easily detect overrange and underrange conditions, customer power outages and uncalibrated modules. The output module also has the alarm function which can be set by the user for different events. When the output value does not meet the th 50 millivolt requirement of the module’s maximum or minimum output setting, the module will regard the output value as under range and over range.
