The response signal can be sent through 4 different positive logic outputs that are connected to actuators in the field. Each actuator connected to the high speed counter shall be powered by an independent external power source.

The GE Fanuc IC694APU300 High Speed counter module is designed as a fast and effective solution for controlling dynamic application processes such as flow measurement and speed control using high speed pulse signals. It works as an integrated process controller, receiving pulse train signals with frequencies up to 1 MHz, performing complex mathematical calculations in a fraction of a second, and then sending responses through its output port without having to connect a central processing unit (CPU) or a programmable logic controller (PLC). GE Fanuc IC694APU300 High speed counter module can operate with 5 volts DC power supply. There are two configurable input voltages, 5 volts DC or 10 to 30 volts DC. The output voltage range can also be customized by the user, rated for 10 to 30 volts DC for 500 mah and 4.75 to 6 volts DC for 20 mah.
