IC694TBB032 Terminal board components

IC694TBB032 is a terminal board assembly that belongs primarily to the PACSystem RX3i Programmable Automation Controller (PAC) family. The series was formerly manufactured by GE Intelligent Platform (GE IP), but was recently acquired by Emerson Automation. The module is a 36-pin box terminal board with screw type connections. The IC694TBB032 is designed for use in high-density I/O modules, especially discrete input and output modules. It is also compatible with some Series 90-30 I/O modules. The terminal assembly consists of two (2) parts, namely, the module cover and the terminal board itself. These components are assembled together and then connected to the I/O module. Recommended wire sizes for signal terminals must be # 14-26 American Wire Gauge (AWG), solid or stranded copper wire. Each wire must be stripped of a maximum length of 0.310 inches or 7.87 mm from the tip to be terminated properly. A stripping reference is also provided at the bottom of the terminal board, which can be used to meet the recommended stripping length.
