IC754CBL06MTD is a QuickPanel manufactured by General Electric. It is a Ctrl Loaded, 6″ MonoChrome touch input type powered by up to 12 to 30 volts DC when connected to a power junction box. The IC754CBL06MTD is usually black, weighs approximately over 3 kg when shipped, and measures 14 x 12 x 10 inches. The IC754CBL06MTD is an integrated microprocessor controlled operator interface that facilitates easy interaction through its touch input and various input and output communication ports and facilitates connection to most industrial equipment. IC754CBL06MTD also helps to monitor and control critical information from industrial equipment.
All General Electric QuickPanel and QuickPanel+ units come with a power input cable, optional USB keyboard, serial I/O cable and Ethernet connection. Serial and Ethernet communication drivers are installed in the device at the factory, so it can be seamlessly connected to various devices. It also allows expansion cards. IC754CBL06MTD has a memory capacity of 32 megabytes. With RS-232 and RS-485 communication ports, it can be connected with HMI-CAB-C120 communication line. The device runs on a Microsoft compatible software called Proficy View-Machine Edition which is simple and user friendly. When installing the QuickPanel, set it so that the mounting area leaves room to insert and remove SD cards, cables, and mounting brackets. The installation angle should not be greater than 30 degrees from the vertical wall. The location of the panel should be well ventilated, but free from dust and exposure to extreme temperatures. For installation purposes, a Phillips head screwdriver and four mounting brackets are required to secure it in the holes located on the top and bottom of the panel.
