IC800SSI216 GE Servo motor controller

Description

The C800SSI216RD2 is the AgFANuc VersaMotion motor controller, which is a 180-250 VAC device with phase input,

it supports DeviceNet programming, position feedback per device, a serial port, and eight discrete inputs and outputs.

The front panel of the device also displays module status, network status, address/code, and down/reverse.

The two-character LED display allows for real-time diagnostic updates using mnemonic displays such as “OK”

“OV” (motor overvoltage,)LE(for loss of enablement,) and so on.
The C800SSI216RD2 is designed for use with a specific series of motors, which include MTR-3S45-HMTR-3S46H,

MTR-3S63-G, MTR-3S65-G, MTR-3S67-G, MTR-3T45-, MTR-3T54-H and MTR-3T55-H.

These motors have a continuous stall moment range of 32 to 150.3 inch-pounds and a rated

speed range of 1,400 to 5,300 RPM, refer to the GE data sheet for details.

The C800SSI216RD2 operates at 0 to 50 degrees Celsius. It is stored and transported at a temperature o

f -40 to 80 degrees Celsius, humidity of 5% to 95%, and the direction of the radiator must be vertical. The

unit is rated to a depth of 3,300 feet and cannot be operated at higher altitudes without consulting GE. Th

e module is mounted with a 3-inch courtyard on all sides for effective cooling.
