IS220PAICH1A processor
The processor board is linked to the acquisition board dedicated to the I/O packet function. When the input power is applied, the soft-start circuit increases the available voltage on the processor board. Local power is turned on sequentially, and processor reset is disabled. After completing the self-check routine, the processor loads application code from flash memory that is specific to the type of I/O package.
Application code Read the ID information of the board, and ensure that the application code, acquisition board, and terminal board are correctly matched. If there is a good match, the processor tries to establish Ethernet communication, starting with the network address request.
The address request uses the industry-standard Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and the unique identifier of the terminal board. After Ethernet initialization, the processor programs the onboard logic to execute the application and allow the acquisition board to start.
Relay command signal
The PDOA relay command signal is used as the first stage of signal regulation and level conversion to connect the terminal board output to the control logic. Each output is a collector open-circuit transistor circuit with a current monitor that detects when the output is selected and connected to the load. When the output is picked up and connected to the terminal board, the status LED and monitor output light up. If output is selected but no load is detected, the status LED will go off and the monitor line will be false.
Output enablement
During power-on, all outputs are disabled until a series of internal self-checks are completed. The enable line reflects the state of all required operating conditions. This feature provides an independent path to ensure that the relay remains disconnected during power-on and initialization.
