The MMI-PD-1-2-120 unit is a motor control center. The module combines a number of integrated functions related to control and motor protection. The device, along with other models in the GE Multilin family, is designed to handle a large number of tasks and respond to any event that occurs. It prevents possible overload or unbalanced phase. If the contactor fails or the rotor is locked and/or stalled, the device can detect and run routines to control it. The device is also equipped with a heat-winding thermistor circuit. If the power intake received by the model is below the nominal threshold, the device is equipped with an undervoltage automatic restart.
