Description
Most of the relays used in the control circuit UR8FH are electromagnetic relays. Electromagnetic relay UR8FH has the advantages of simple structure, low price, convenient use and maintenance, small contact capacity (generally below SA), a large number of contacts and no main and auxiliary points, no arc extinguishing device, small size, quick and accurate action, sensitive and reliable control, etc., widely used in low voltage control system.
Commonly used electromagnetic relay UR8FH has current relay, voltage relay, intermediate relay and a variety of small general purpose relays.
The structure and working principle of electromagnetic relay is similar to that of contactor, mainly composed of electromagnetic mechanism and contact. Electromagnetic relay has DC and AC two kinds.
Function description：
The relay module UR8FH integrates and serializes the single low-power relay in the electrical control cabinet, reduces the intermediate connection link, and improves the performance of the product. The product conforms to the development trend of miniaturization and integration, and is an updated product of the original single relay. The other products can be designed according to different CNC systems, more adaptable to the needs of modern CNC machine tools.
Each relay is provided with an action indicator light; Both ends of the relay coil are provided with a continuous current protection diode.
The contact protection of relay is optional: diode protection circuit, fast melting insurance and resistance and capacitance absorption;
Contact current choice: 10A or 15A (amplifier plate 6A).
