The DIN servoamplifier G122-824-001has been updated to version G122-824002. This is a functional replacement forthe -00lwith the followingnewfeatures:
4-20 mA is available at input 2.Output step push button to assistwith loop optimising.Improved thermal performance.
These added features are provided at noadditional cost and offer the potential fornew applications such as turbines where4-20 mA command and feedback isrequired.

The Moog range of DIN module power supplies has been recently released foruse in analog and digital

systems operating from 24 volts DC. There are twosizes available with G128-808 for 650 mA and

G128-809 for 2 Amps; but eachcan be operated to a higher output current subject to voltage, duty cycle

andambient temperatures. Details regarding these higher operating limits can befound in the Application Notes for these products.

The G122-824 Pl Servoamplifier is used in closed loopapplications where a proportional and’or integral amplifier

isneeded.Selector switches inside the amplifier enableproportional, integral or both to be selected. Many aspects

ofthe amplifier’s characteristics can be selected with internalswitches. This enables one amplifier to be used in

manydifferent applications. The configuration options provided arethe result of many years of experience in

designing andcommissioning closed loop systems.The Servoamplifier employs analog electronics. lt

acceptsthree input signals, two single ended and one differential These are summed to produce an error signal

which is thenamplified proportionally and also integrated. The proportiona!and integral signals are switched together and output as acurrent or voltage to drive a servovalve.
Front panel trim pots, LED indicators and test points allow fastand easy setup and aid in trouble shooting. The

servoamplifieris housed in a compact DlN rail mounting enclosure andrequires a +24V supply.
