PXIE-4144 Source measuring unit
The PXIE-4144 is a Source measurement unit (SMU). It has a ±6V, 500mA power input, four channels, and operates
in four-quadrant mode. Each channel integrates remote (4-wire) sensing capabilities, which helps to achieve accurate
measurements. In addition, the high sampling rate of the PXIE-4144 helps to shorten the measurement time,
which enables the capture of the transient characteristics of the device. This makes it ideal for high pin count applications
