The NI SCXI-1162HV (Part Number: 776572-62H) has 32 channels of optically-isolated digital inputs, which are organized into eight separate banks of four input lines each. This mode can utilize five DIO lines of the DAQ instrument at the most. However, parallel mode links every module straight to a digital I/O DAQ device. These devices include: 503 (DIO-24), 6533 (DIO-32HS), 6534, and 6508 (DIO-96). The NI device measures 1.2 x 6.8 x 8.0 in. in physical dimensions.
