SCXI-1600 NI Data acquisition module

A built-in 16-bit ADC Nickel SCXI-1600(part number :776572-1600) is a USB data acquisition module (DAQ) suitable for SCXIl. The module is a full-function control and data module of SCXI digital /O, switch, analog input and analog output modules. With a sampling rate of 20O kS/s, users can install the SCXI-1600 meter in the Signal Conditioning Extension (SCX) case and provide clock, calibration and external digital trigger connections for all other modules installed in the case. With this module, users can transform any SCXi chassis into a powerful and reliable plug and play data acquisition system. This NI SCXI1600 receives analog signals from other modules and digitizes, amplifies and transmits data via USB ports. It is one of the easiest to configure and calibrate because it has no jumper, potentiometer, or DIP switch. By connecting it to other SCXI modules, the module can collect up to 352 analog signals from RTDS, thermocouples, strain gauges, current sources and voltages.
This NI SCXI1600 is USB compatible and supports live or hot plug into a USB port. For time-dependent functions, the data acquisition module utilizes a robust system timing controller called the National Instruments DAQ-STC.
To control the analog input, the DAQ-STC consists of three timing groups. The front panel of the module is equipped with four leds. There is a set of green leds for monitoring the V+ and V- rails of the case. The other two indicators show the active and ready state of the SCXI-1600 data acquisition module. For calibration, a dedicated BNC connector is also provided on the front panel of the module.
NI devices run with NIDAQmx driver software that is compatible with software package/application development environments such as LabVIEW, LabWIndows/CVI or Measurement Studio. It has a recommended warm-up time of 30 minutes and should be externally calibrated at least once a year. NI devices measure 7.2 x 6.8×1.2 inches. In the physical dimension.
