(2) Installation and wiring
● Power line, control line and PLC power line and I/O line should be separately distributed, isolation transformer and PLC and I/O should be connected by double rubber wire. Separate the PLC IO wire and the high-power wire. If it must be in the same slot, separate and bundle the AC and DC wires. If conditions permit, separate trough is the best way to route the wires, which can not only make the space distance as large as possible, but also minimize the interference.
● PLC should be far away from strong interference sources such as welding machine, high-power silicon rectifier device and large power equipment, and cannot be installed in the same switch cabinet with high-voltage electrical appliances. In the cabinet PLC should be far away from the power line (the distance between the two should be greater than 200mm). The inductive loads installed in the same cabinet as the PLC, such as the relay with large power and the contactor coil, should be connected to the RC arc suppression circuit.
● PLC input and output better separate line, switch quantity and analog quantity should also be laid separately. The analog signal shall be transmitted by a shielded wire. One or both ends of the shielding layer shall be grounded, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 1/10 of the resistance of the shielding layer.
● AC output line and DC output line do not use the same cable, the output line should be as far away from the high voltage line and power line, avoid parallel.
(3) I/O terminal wiring

● Input/output line cannot use the same cable, input/output line should be separated.
