The thermal flow switch is designed based on the principle of temperature change of the probe head. In the probe built-in heat sensor and heat sensor, and contact with the medium. When measuring, the heat sensor emits constant heat, when there is no medium flow in the pipeline, the heat received by the heat sensor is a constant value, when there is a medium flow, the heat received by the heat sensor will change with the flow rate of the medium, the heat sensor will convert the temperature difference signal into electrical signal, and then through the circuit converted to the corresponding contact signal or analog signal.
Thermal diffusion flow switching principle. Thermal diffusion technology is a technology with excellent performance and high reliability under harsh conditions. Its typical principle is that when two sensing elements are placed in a fluid, one of them is heated and the other is used to sense process temperature. The temperature difference between the two sensing elements is related to the process velocity and the nature of the process medium. The temperature difference between the two sensing elements is the largest in the no-flow state, but decreases as the flow increases and the heated sensing element cools. The velocity of fluid directly affects the degree of heat diffusion.

10 Day Inspection period: If the purchased 4135A  does not meet your application requirements, or for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price within (10) days of receiving the device upon formal application for an RMA number, provided the device is returned in the same state as originally sent.
30 Day Warranty: The 4135A 30 day warranty covers any type of problem that is not preexisting and mentioned in the project description and starts from the date the project is “shipped”. Formal requests for project evaluation and RMA number activation must be completed within this 30 day period. Once the warranty is granted, the RMA must be completed within (10) business days and the item will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the item, we will evaluate the following solutions on our own:

All device returns require an RMA number. The RMA number is valid for (7) working days from the date of issue. Shipments without a valid or current RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense.
