The test system consists of four parts, namely, three-phase PWM rectifier, servo driver – motor system

under test, load servo driver – motor system and upper computer, two of which are connected to each other

through a coupling. The measured motor works in the electric state, and the load motor works in the power state.

The measured servo driving-motor system works in a closed-loop speed state to control the speed of the whole

test platform. The load servo driving-motor system works in a closed-loop torque state to change the torque of the

load motor by controlling the current of the load motor to simulate the load change of the measured motor. In this way,

the speed and torque can be adjusted flexibly and various test functions can be tested. The upper computer is used to

monitor the operation of the whole system. According to the test requirements, it sends out control instructions to two servo

drivers, receives their running data at the same time, and saves, analyzes and displays the data.
