Woodward Peak150 Digital controller is suitable for digital control of steam turbines with single valve or single valve rack. It has rigorous speed control and accepts 4-20mA remote speed control signals. It also has dual dynamic speed control, overspeed trip test and other functions. Commonly used models are as follows: 860/861-857/858/9905/863/864/866/867, Peak150 (9905-860) rev machine steam turbine main steam valve must be opened. When the turbine speed reaches the user-defined heating speed, the Peak150 starts to control the turbine and the main steam valve can be fully opened. Peak150 controller circuit has the function of detecting signal loss of speed sensor, which is automatically shielded when starting. Peak 150 adopts Modbus® * protocol for serial communication. Allows communication with programmable logic controller (PLC) or distributed control system (DCS). Will report the speed, speed given value, alarm and shutdown conditions and other related information as required by the host.
