CDIO-1616-0,5-1131 BERGHOF servo drive

CDIO 16/16-0,5 provides a distributed intelligent transparent automation solution. In addition to its real-time processor technology, this module features 16 digital inputs plus 16 individually configurable digital I/ OS on the board. With small space requirements CDIO 16/16-0,5 is ideal for distributed solutions. Designed for online configuration, this module is simply fixed to a standard track. A maximum of six CDIO 16/16-0 modules can be installed based on local expansion requirements. A modular extension bus (E-Bus) is used for associated connections. The control unit so set is networked through can bus.

This module provides a full-fledged CANCAL master/slave implementation and a master implementation of CANopen as a library for IEC 1131 and “C”.

! Selecting a Power Supply

The I/O power supply provides connectors through signal levels. I/O can be provided separately in six groups. The I/ o of each group can thus be selectively powered from an external actuator. The signal level is 24VDC.

! Field level join

Signal levels are factory-configured connector strips for easy wiring. Connect at the front end. Choose any of the three joining techniques:

• Screw connection

• Spring lock

• Crimping

I/ o uses three leads. The front panel led provides information about the I/O status and the operating status module. Leds are mapped directly to I/O ports for instant identification. A label bar can be inserted to identify each I/O channel.

! Standard programming tool

Like all Berghof control products, CDIO 16/16-0,5 refers to personal computers running Windows XP. Will you use your programming software to choose. Choose SPS compliant with IEC 1131-3 for programming in IL, LD, FBD or high level language “C” according to your specific requirements.
