Description
The input and output terminals of the board of the automatic control flight data test board
are specially designed terminals, whose function is that when the output end M1 is 0N, the
BV automatically generates pulse signals to simulate the optical code plate signal for measuring
the motor speed. When S01 gives the signal light tube, it means that it is allowed to fly to cut the
steel pipe, SOS light tube indicates that “when the cutting of the steel pipe is completed, the flying
pipe is controlled. S02 light tube indicates that the steel pipe can be loosened, S03 light tube indicates
that the car can return, and the SYA action of the hydraulic valve (light tube) makes the car return.

S04 on indicates that the car does not return, the system will give an alarm signal if there is
a fault, that is, the corresponding alarm light tube will light up, and the whole system will stop.
After the fault is removed, when restarting the system, the reset button must be pressed first to
restore the circuit from the locked state to the normal state. The solenoid valve 4YA light indicates
that the fixture is tight, the 3YA light indicates that the fixture is loose, the solenoid valve IYA light
indicates that the sawing is down, and the 2YA light indicates that the flying data is picked up. The motor
M1 light indicates that the steel pipe is sent, and the motor M2 light indicates that the flying saw is rotating
