●High Resolution Standard Proximity Sensor(HRSPS high resolution proximity sensor) is a displacement measurement system designed by Vibrometer for space satellites and space rockets. The HRSPS high resolution proximity sensor uses TQ series eddy current sensor probe and IQS series signal regulator (signal preprocessor). The series of sensor probes and signal regulators are the result of more than 30 years of development by VIBRO-METER and are the basis for high reliability.
· According to different space application environment, HRSPS can be selected in different models, mainly include: DMS11, DMS124, DMS134 (each model consists of the corresponding sensor probe and signal regulator)
