The 0-60023-5 functions as an AC Power Technology Module.  It is comprised of a rectangular circuit board with components mounted to both sides of the board attached to a faceplate.  The faceplate portion of this module has two set screws to lock it in place once it has been installed in a rack system. It has a female power module interface connector, a green “OK” LED indicator, and In and Out Synch Transfer COM ports.
