Product description：
The CPU motherboard contains the microprocessor and RAM, real-time clock, LED indicator, start button, and compact flash interface.
The baseplate of the PM857 controller has two RJ45 Ethernet ports (CN1 and CN2) for connecting to the control network, and two RJ45 serial ports (COM3 and COM4). One of the serial ports (COM3) is an RS-232C port with a modem control signal, while the other port (COM4) is isolated and used to connect to configuration tools. The controller supports CPU redundancy for high availability (CPU, CEX bus, communication interface, and S800 I/O).
High integrity functionality can be achieved by adding the SM812 module and SIL certification software. This enables non-critical control schemes to be upgraded to SIL certification schemes by adding the SM81x module and selecting the appropriate software. AC 800M High Integrity also provides IEC 61508 and TUV certified control environments for combining security and business-critical process control in a single controller unit without sacrificing security integrity.
PM857 can handle up to 128 I/O signals. SIL Certification 3. Perform the configuration according to the security manual.
