Technical Description 1336-BDB-SP37C：
The Allen-Bradley 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB(printed circuit board) is a discontinued grid drive board. It is a replacement part for the Allen-Bradley 1336(Force, Impact, Plus, Plus l, and REGEN) family of drive assemblies. The 1336-BDB-SP37C door driver board provides door control for the SCR, which is located between the main case and the main control board of the main drive. The 1336-BDB-SP37C grid driver plate is backward compatible, and it can be used as a suitable replacement for the 1336-BDB-SP37-A/B plate. The board is designed for 1336 Plus ll, Plus, Impact, and Force drives and is rated at 460 volts AC input for a total fixed power of 150 HP. The drive is compatible with E-Frame drives and supports all cabinet levels.
The 1336-BDB-SP37C PCB Assembly kit contains a spare board and installation tools. In general, it is recommended to test the grid driver plate after replacing the power module. To test the grid driver plate, use a tester set in resistance mode to test if the fuses F1 and F3 on the plate are open. To install the 1336-BDB-SP37C printed circuit board, turn off the power and check the terminals (-DC and +DC) for zero voltage and missing control voltage. Remove the main control board and remove the old door driver board. Connect the six jumper connectors (2 and J6 through 10) and the single fan connector to the new grid driver plate. Reconnect the main control board and restore power to the driver.
