Technical Description 1336-MOD-KB010：
The 1336-MOD-KBO10 device is an AC driven dynamic brake assembly manufactured by Allen Bradley. The 1336-MOD-KBO10 AC drivers are rated from 380 to 460 volts, ensuring an even higher level of performance. The 1336-Mod-KBO10 Heavy Duty dynamic braking system provides a separate NEMA Type 1 closed assembly that has been connected to the 1336 AC drive unit. The 1336-MOD-KBO10 unit provides a high dynamic braking system that increases the overall braking torque capacity of a given drive by 100%. The 1336-MOD-KBO10 AC drive brake has a size specification of 28 x24 x 20 inches and weighs approximately 25 LBS. The most efficient combination of the given 1336-MOD-KBO10 units (and its sibling 1336-MOD-KBO50 units) runs in parallel to ensure an equivalent dynamic braking resistance of approximately 8.76 ohm. A typical dynamic brake module driver consists of a chopper module (consisting of a chopper transistor and associated control elements) and a dynamic brake resistor. When the rated current is insufficient to meet specific industry applications, the dynamic brake module can run in parallel. A particular dynamic brake module is assigned the role of the master dynamic brake module, while all other modules are considered driven modules. 1336-MOD-KBO10 Dynamic brake device can only be installed in a vertical position. Each dynamic brake housing must be mounted outside any other given housing. It must then be exposed to unrestricted air circulation to allow proper heat dissipation. There must be 304.8 mm between the brake housing and all other housing (including 1336-MOD-KB010 AC drivers).
