1394C-SJT05-T-RL servo controller module

The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL, a member of 1394 Allen-Bradley motion control series, is a multi-axis

motion control with terminations, EMI filtering, and smart power. The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL has IMC

S Class (GMC turbo) integrated motion control. GMC turbo provides more GML memory and executes

programs quickly. This servo controller offers 64 KB of memory, a 32-bit processor, and a direct link to

the small logic controller (SLC). The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL system uses the SLC or backplane interface

to transfer I/O data bits. The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL provides straight line connections at 360 to 480 Volts

AC of three-phase input power, eliminating the need for a transformer. It has efficient IGBT power conversion,

a slide-and-lock feature, and module-to-module connection systems.  This module can support up to four

axes and saves considerable panel space. The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL is a 5-Kilowatt controller with a peak

power output of 28 Kilowatts and a 99% efficiency. In addition, it has a continuous current output of 7.36 Amps,

an intermittent current output of 15.0 Amps, a line loss ride through of 20 milliseconds, and an AC input current of 6.5 Amps.

1394C-SJT05-T-RL

The rated input voltage of the 1394C-SJT05-T-RL is 324 to 528 Volts AC and it can run at 50 to 60 Hertz. Moreover, it

has digitally-adjusted compensation for velocity and current loop, which serves a range of system inertias. It has two

analog test outputs that can connect to critical system parameters for diagnostics. The 1394C-SJT05-T-RL must be installed

in a clean and dry enclosure. When using well-ventilated enclosures with ambient air, use the appropriate filtering to protect

against contamination. The ambient air temperature is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius (32 and 122 degrees Fahrenheit)

and the ambient humidity is between 5% and 95% and non-condensing.
