Allen-Bradley MPL-A540K-SJ 72 aa MPL series servo motor is a low inertia, high output brushless servo motor designed for high-performance motion control applications. The MPL-A540K-SJ72AA servo motor offers enhanced winding technology and high-energy rare-earth magnetic rotors to achieve a high level of performance. It uses “intelligent motor technology”, built-in communication link and motor identification, which can be quickly and advanced integrated into the control system. The MPL-A540K-SJ72AA servo motor has a rated maximum rotor speed of 4000 RPM at rated motor output. It also has a sustained current rating of 41.5 amps and a peak stall current rating of 120 amps (0 to peak). The MPL-A540K-SJ72AA servo motor has a continuous stall torque rating of 172 lb/inch and peak stall torque rating of 430 lb/inch.
