The compressor of D20 gas turbine is a single-rotor ten-stage axial flow subtone compressor (FIG. 4-1), which consists of two parts: rotor and stator.
The airflow channel of the compressor is convergent. The outer wall Angle of the first and second channel is 2°52 ‘to 2°19’, and the other levels are equal outer diameter; The diameter of the inner wall of the passage increases gradually from the first stage to the eighth stage, and the tenth stage is equal to the ninth stage. An intake guide with a convergent cascade channel is installed in the inner cavity of the attachment motor box at the inlet of the compressor to rotate the airflow along an Angle. This reduces the velocity of the airflow relative to the first stage working blade, and makes the flow uniform.
When QD20 gas turbine is working at rated state, the pressurization ratio of compressor is 7.45 ~ 7.77. In order to make the gas turbine work stably when starting and accelerating, two exhaust valves are installed in the fifth stage and the eighth stage.
