epro shaft vibration sensor consists of three parts: sensor, extension line and preprocessor.
The sensor uses eddy current detection technology to convert the detected distance signal into a standard voltage output,
which is sent to the monitor for monitoring and output.

When ordering, you must select the sensor installation thread form, thread length, metal armor, intermediate joint,
extension line length, preprocessor type. Sensor thread form Specification for mounting the thread when the sensor is mounted on the support,
available in two sizes: metric: M10*1, inch: 3/8 “-24UNF. Thread length is used to adjust the distance between the probe surface and the support during installation.
The longer the length, the longer the adjustable length. It must be noted whether the mounting space can accommodate a longer probe body.
Metal armor refers to the stainless steel metal protective sleeve outside the extension cable.
The joint can be made at 1m on the extension line of the sensor. The function of the joint is to facilitate installation.
If the sleeve bracket is used, the sensor with an intermediate joint must be selected. Type CON011 or standard type CON021 is optional.
When eddy current sensors are used for shaft vibration measurement, PR6423 series sensors with probe diameter of 8mm and linear operating range of 2mm are usually selected.
