PR6423/010-000-CN+CON021 EPRO sensor working principle:
The EPRO eddy current sensor forms an oscillator with the preloader. The amplitude decays as the sensor probe approaches the metal subject, and the magnitude of the decays is proportional to the distance between the sensor and the subject. The sensor and preloader have been linearly calibrated using 42CrMo4 calibration material before delivery. Therefore, no further calibration is required during installation. The user only needs to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface until the desired signal is obtained from the output of the preloader. EPRO Sensor Model:
epro offers a variety of models and configurations of eddy current sensors to meet various measurement and environmental requirements. EPRO PR6423/010-000-CN+CON021 sensors come with mounting threads or rectangular mounting flanges. The measuring range is 1mm to 20mm. Striping sizes are D6mm, @10mm and d18mm metric or inch threads. Depending on the model, the EPRO sensor is available in the following options:
– Different thread lengths
– The end of the cable can be self-locking waterproof connector or bare wire. – The cable can be armored or unarmored
– The 1 m cable can be connected with or without a connector. – Applicable temperature :-35°C-+380°C
