The PR9268/601-000 pressure sensor is a device that converts pressure into electrical signals. Common pressure sensors can be divided into capacitive, piezoelectric and piezoresistive sensors. The capacitance of capacitive pressure sensor is determined by the distance between the two electrodes and the electrode area. Capacitive pressure sensors are widely used in CNC machine tools because of their stable performance and high sensitivity.
The pressure sensor can detect the clamping condition of the workpiece in the NC machine tool. If the set value is greater than the clamping force, the clamping workpiece will loosen. At the same time, the system will sound an alarm and stop working. In addition, the pressure sensor can also be used to detect some changes in the cutting force of the turning tool.

The PR9268303-000 temperature sensor is a device that converts temperature into another signal and resistance value. The temperature sensor detects the temperature in the NC machine tool, and then makes corresponding overheating protection and temperature compensation.
