The GE Fanuc IC693CPU321 is a 10-slot base plate compatible with the Battery Accessory Kit – IC693ACC315. This backplane has an embedded CPU. To install the kit into this base, the user needs to align the backplane connector on the accessory board with the IC693CPU321’s power connector. It is located on the backplane of the chassis. It is important to push the accessory plate towards the base plate, making sure it is fully seated. Distributors shipping baseplates with battery accessories installed must carefully package the components. Cable ties are required to hold the board in place.
