IC695CPL410 is an integrated Linux RX3i controller module manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation as part of the Industrial Internet control system. This powerful modular programmable automation controller features a single control engine and a general-purpose programming environment, providing portability for applications across multiple hardware platforms. This module enhances real-time deterministic control with Ubuntu 16.04 Server Linux, which is open to enhancements and modifications. Users can use this module to implement customized data processing, such as cloud storage, cloud-based analytics, WEB utilization, and more. The controller provides full access to the Linux root, allowing the user to enhance the IC695CPL410 controller in an unlimited number of ways to achieve the desired results. The standalone IC695CPL410 RX3 controller module runs real-time deterministic applications in tandem with Ubuntu Server Linux 16.04 using a 1.2GHz quad-core microprocessor and real-time virtual machine hypervisor technology.
Users can use the controller in ladder diagram, functional block diagram, structured text or C language programming. It contains 64% megabytes of configurable data and program storage. The controller supports automatic location of symbolic variables and can use user memory as needed. The size of the reference table includes 32k bits of %Q and %I, and the analog %AQ and %Al include 32K words each. Mass storage %W supports data exchange,
The IC695CPL410 supports four 10/100/100 Ethernet Lans. Three of these (three Ethernet ports are located on the front panel and are allocated exclusively to RX3i PLC. The LAN1 is connected via the R-45 connector above, while the LAN2 and LAN3 are connected via a pair of internally switched RJ-45 connectors. The fourth Ethernet port, labeled ETH, is located at the bottom. This port is dedicated to Linux connections.
