IC800SSI228RD2-CE Servo motor servo motor has two technologies worth noting, one is a high density motor, using a design idea called “large pole motor”. In addition to various kinds of photoelectric encoders, magnetic encoders deserve attention. The volume and weight of the magnetic encoder are dozens of times smaller than the photoelectric encoder, the temperature range is wider, almost not afraid of shock and vibration. Its working principle is very simple, its stator is a chip embedded with Hall magnetic sensor and DSP, the size can be as small as MSOP-24 package, its rotor is a bipolar magnetic steel. It has a resolution of 10-12 bits and an accuracy of 8-10 bits. Such magnetic encoders are available. All parameters can be modified online, including switching frequency, dead time, regulator parameters, filter parameters, etc. It is suitable for the drive and control of PMSM, IM, BLDCM and other different motors, and is compatible with hall sensor, incremental/absolute code plate, magnetic encoder, rotary transformer and other sensor interface signals. Can receive pulse instruction, analog instruction and digital instruction and other input signals, and through the upper computer or control panel to complete all the operation functions.
