IS220PTCCH1B Compatibility
The dual RJ45 Ethernet port and three-pin power input supply power to the battery pack. The output is a DC-37 pin connector that connects directly to the strip connector. LED indicator is used to display visual diagnosis. It accepts E, J, K, S and T thermocouples as well as mV inputs.
IS220PTCCH1B is installed
To install the package, secure the terminal board to use.
Connect the PTCC I/O package directly to the strip connector.
The battery pack is mechanically secured using a double-headed bolt near the Ethernet port.
Connect one or two Ethernet cables based on the system configuration. The package can be used with either port. When using dual connections, ENET1 should be connected to the network linked to the R controller.
Connect the battery pack to the power supply through a connector that plugs into the side. Because the I/O package has a built-in soft-start function that adjusts electrical surges in power applications, there is no need to disconnect before plugging in.
Use the ToolboxST* application to configure I/O packages as needed.
